Seven Oaks is a custom home community ideally situated along the I-77 corridor in north-central South Carolina, just 25 miles south of Charlotte, NC. - 70 acre Manchester Meadows, which was the site of the 2012 U.S. Youth Soccer Championship,
- 68 acre Cherry Park, which was the second sports venue to be inducted into the National Softball Association’s (NSA) Hall of Fame and is one of Rock Hill’s premier softball/baseball facilities,
- The newly opened Rock Hill Outdoor Center, with its USA Cycling endorsed 250m Giordana Velodrome. Future facilities will include a BMX Supercross Track, Cyclocross trail, mountain bike course and road course,
- Kayaking, tubing and/or just walking along the beautiful Catawba River on the River Walk Trail,
- Or boating on beautiful Lake Wyle. Pontoon boats are available to rent for a relaxing 1/2 day or full day excursion on the water.
